We're excited to announce that we will be moving to Yarmouth and taking over the space currently occupied by WOODHULL Public House, located at 30 Forest Falls Drive! Seth and Katie spent nearly 4 years building something very special there, and though their circumstances led them to the difficult decision to close, we share many of the same values and look forward to continuing the local community feel they worked so tirelessly to create. For more information on their transition please see: http://www.woodhullpublichouse.com/.
We can't wait to become a permanent part of the Yarmouth community. While we continue to navigate this new normal, We're not entirely sure what our grand opening will look like, but we'll be updating our website and social media regularly with updates on our progress. In the meantime, Pownal will run through the end of July.
Thank you—as always—for your continued support.
We've added our popular to-go sauces, hats and more to our online store. Shipping daily.
Birthdays, Father's Day... any occasion is a good excuse to give the gift of good food and sauces!

Charlie began the burrito cart as a way to try out his hot sauces on a large crowd. His dedication to making great food with great ingredients slowly began to transform the food cart. As Charlie likes to say, when he brought Aimee on, she promoted herself to COO and he became a cook. More honestly, our transition from food cart to catering to restaurant happened because of the amazing people we met through our original burrito cart.
We’ve met so many great farmers whose passion is evident in the food they produce. Charlie continues to be inspired to find new and exciting things to do with the ingredients he sources. The natural extension of the business was to begin our latest venture, Locally Sauced; a brick and mortar restaurant on Thompson’s Point. We continue our tradition of using only the best to serve the best – and hope to make each person that comes in feel that personal connection.
